The Season report and Trends
The Season report adds the season up: sap in, syrup out, what each supplier is owed, and gallons per tap for every site that has taps entered.
- Trends: one bar per season, or the months or days of this one. Pick Sap, Syrup, Brix or Per tap. Syrup is what went into barrels, not a calculation from the sap.
- Sap in: loads, gallons, average Brix (weighted by gallons), syrup equivalent, owed and paid.
- Suppliers: each one's loads, gallons, Brix, value and what is owed. Tap one to open them.
- Syrup out: pounds packed, in stock and sold, and the yield against the sap: what you packed against what the sap should have made.
Sites lists gallons per tap for every woods with taps entered, yours and your suppliers'. Enter taps under Settings, My sites and sap suppliers.
Use the season chips at the top to look back at an earlier season.
FAQs
Syrup that is still in the pan or the drawoff tank is not packed yet, and some sap is lost along the way. Late in the season the number settles.
