Yes, for every Sap Spy account during the beta.

Yes. Everything you enter is saved on the phone and sent when you have a signal. A barrel packed offline gets its lot number on the next sync, so print its label after that.

The season of its date. Seasons are named for the year they end and run July to June, so a December boil is in the coming year's season.

Any 4 x 6 label printer your phone can print to with AirPrint (iPhone) or the Android print service. The Brother QL-1110NWB over Wi-Fi is the one we use. More will be listed as they are tested.

Gallons times Brix. It is the usual way sap is bought: 800 gallons at 2.1 Brix is 1,680 points.

From the gallons and Brix of the sap and your finish Brix, using the standard rule. It is what the sap should make, not what you packed. Trends and the Season report show what you actually packed separately.

Your producer code, the date the barrel was packed, and the number of the barrel that day: 4BW7-20260331-01. A barrel from several boil dates gets a blend code.

Open it, tap Edit, and set the status back to In stock. The sale comes off the barrel and stays in its history.

Void keeps a load or barrel on the record, crossed out and out of every total, for something whose paper is already out there. Delete erases it. On the desktop a barrel has one Remove button that picks the right one for you.

Yes, through a private link you send from the supplier's screen. They see only their own loads and totals, with nothing to sign in to. You can revoke it any time.

Yes. On sapspyapp.com/log under Reports, Import from Excel: download the template, fill it in, upload, check the preview, approve.

The Ask for a change button on the app's home screen. It goes straight onto the roadmap.
